What is a Holistic Wellness Consultation?
A focused, one-on-one conversation to help you make sense of your health journey—whether you’re dealing with persistent pain, stress, or fatigue. We’ll look at the whole picture (assessment), explore what might be missing, and discuss gentle, realistic ways to support your well-being.

Send me text or a message and we’ll set up a 15 minute conversation, or book the call here. In this call, we will discuss what brings you in, determine fit, and answer any questions you may have. At the end of your consult, we may set up a longer appointment to review our whole situation.
What can I expect from my full consultation?
In this session, we will get to know you better (assessment). We’ll review your intake form, and discuss your life currently - your routines, your relationships, your support system, and any symptoms you are experiencing. Guided by your information (and my knowledge and experience), I’ll offer tailored recommendations to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
We will seek to understand the root factors contributing to your pain/symptoms (movement, breath, nervous system patterns, daily habits); learn practical, non-pharmacological and non-medical strategies to manage, reduce and prevent chronic symptoms; and get a clear, realistic action plan tailored to your life.
Together, we’ll create a simple, supportive plan you can take back to your care team if you have one, put together a care team should you wish for one, or to simply integrate into your self-care routine.
Are online therapies and healing sessions effective?
What I offer you is a process of recovery, self-discovery and connection. What I can say is that in my practice, I have experienced and witnessed virtual services to be as helpful as in-person. The sense of connection that is vital to a healthy, therapeutic relationship is very much achievable even by distance.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Each plan and policy is different, although as far as I am aware, insurance companies currently do not cover my services.
